Unravel complex international structures and integrity risks Do you want to work at an international major bank where you dive deep into complex corporate clients? In this role as CDD Analyst – Complex International Structures, you will work on files involving multiple entities, international holdings, and UBOs across different countries. You help the bank make well‑founded decisions:

Does this client fit within our integrity standards and risk appetite?

Your role As a CDD Analyst, you will: Investigate complex (international) corporate and ownership structures and identify the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs). Map out the client’s business model and activities (countries, sectors, types of services/products). Investigate the source of wealth and source of funds and assess whether they are logical and sufficiently substantiated. Assess integrity risks, such as: sanctions risk, corruption and bribery risk, reputational risk, tax integrity risks. Use internal systems and external sources such as company registers, annual reports, (international) databases, media sources, and sanctions lists. Document your findings in a clear, well‑substantiated CDD file and advise on the client relationship. You collaborate with colleagues from Compliance, Legal, and the business. Together, you ensure the bank truly knows its customers.

What does your day look like? You receive a new file from an international corporate client with entities in several countries. You outline the structure and ownership lines and identify the UBOs. You analyze the business model, sector risks, and country risks. You investigate the source of wealth and funds using documentation and external sources. You write a conclusion and an advice regarding the integrity risks and the fit within the bank’s frameworks. You coordinate with colleagues and document everything thoroughly. Every client is a new puzzle, especially given the international context and complexity of the structures.

Who are you? You are analytical, curious, and enjoy diving into files until the full picture is clear. You bring: 1–4 years of experience in CDD/KYC/Client Onboarding/integrity risks at a major bank (must‑have). Experience with banking processes, risk frameworks, and working in a regulated environment. A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in: Economics, Finance, Law, Tax Law/Tax Economics, Criminology, International Relations or similar. Interest in integrity topics, international structures, and financial sector regulation. Excellent English, both written and spoken. Willingness to work full‑time (40 hours) onsite in Amsterdam.

What we offer A role focused on complex international structures within an international major bank. A salary up to €4,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, including 8,33% holiday allowance, depending on experience. Full‑time employment (40 hours per week), onsite in Amsterdam. Plenty of opportunities to grow your knowledge in CDD/KYC and integrity risks. A professional and international working environment with experienced colleagues and strong knowledge sharing.
