What you'll own You'll own the full marketing function: brand strategy and evolution, demand generation, content and thought leadership, product marketing, and go-to-market execution across markets. You'll be accountable for pipeline numbers, not just activity metrics. You'll also lead the function's AI transformation, building AI-native workflows across content, campaign execution, and analytics, and raising the bar on what a modern marketing team can produce.

Who we're looking for You've led large marketing functions at recognised B2B technology companies and have the pipeline numbers to prove it. You know how to protect and evolve a brand while simultaneously running aggressive demand gen. You're AI-native; you don't just advocate for AI adoption, you model it and already have a track record of deploying AI successfully deep into the marketing function. You thrive in high-pace, high-accountability environments and you have the confidence to hold your ground with a strong CEO while remaining genuinely coachable.
