Responsibilities: Make sure all purchase invoices are booked in Exact Online through Scansys Imagecapture. Create and send Purchase Orders through Exact Online Projects. Reconcile weekly bank statements and monthly credit card statements. Create and send sales invoices and keep Salesforce data up to date and reliable. Help prepare and execute all accounting activities, including insurance, tax, payroll, and compliance. Help with reconciling, processing, and declaring VAT. Prepare financial statements and legal documentation for compliance. Initiating and developing periodic reports and dashboards for the leadership team, such as weekly operational results, budgets, and forecasts. Identifying opportunities to improve margins and productivity, and optimizing the cost-efficiency of commercial and operational processes. Identifying areas for improvement, helping define objectives, and translating them into concrete action plans.

Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting Strong understanding of accounting practices and ledger systems Excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines Act as a sparring partner for our Finance Manager and contribute to process improvements Flexibility and attention to detail come naturally to you Extensive knowledge of Excel,
