About the role
We are hiring a
Senior Talent Partner
to support
Early Careers and Emerging Talent hiring
during a critical delivery period for our client.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract role, supporting high-volume recruitment across non-technical Early Careers programmes.
Team and business context
You will be fully embedded into our Client's Early Careers / Emerging Talent team focusing on attraction, selection and hiring with success in this role being measured by hiring delivery and conversion outcomes.
Responsibilities
As Senior Talent Partner, you will:
Own high-volume Early Careers hiring for Mobility Operations and Commercial teams
Partner closely with hiring managers and programme stakeholders
Deliver against hiring timelines and volume targets
Support campus and university hiring activity where required
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Proven experience in volume recruitment, ideally early careers
Strong pipeline and process management skills
Ability to work at pace in a high-growth environment
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred (not essential):
Early Careers, graduate or emerging talent hiring experience
Campus or university recruitment exposure
Experience targeting specific universities or talent pools
