Role Overview:

Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in Dutch

Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy

Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes

Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality

Candidate Profile:

Dutch Fluent/C2 + B2 English proficiency

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Willing to relocate to Greece

Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

EU passport or Greek residency card (must have)

Relocation package: flight, ~2 weeks hotel, airport transfer, housing support

Full-time contract

Base salary + performance bonus
