This is a rare opportunity to shape the global employer brand as the business continues to scale across markets. As the Employer Branding Lead, you will define and build its strategic foundation.
You will develop the global Employer Branding Preposition, create a cohesive brand narrative, and ensure consistent messaging across all candidate and employee touchpoints.
This is a strategic, high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence how the company attracts, engages, and retains talent worldwide. As the function grows, you will also lead and mentor a small team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities of the Employer Branding Lead:
• Develop and refine the global EVP and long-term employer branding strategy
• Ensure unified and consistent employer brand messaging across all channels
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, HR, and Internal Communications
• Build storytelling frameworks that authentically showcase culture and employee experience
• Establish guidelines and tools to support global brand activation with local nuance
• Monitor market trends and talent insights to continually evolve the brand
• Lead and support a small employer branding team as the function expands
Candidate Profile:
• 8+ years' experience in Employer Branding, Communications, Marketing, or TA
• Strong background in developing and implementing strategic employer brand frameworks
• Experience working in fast-growing or complex international environments
• Excellent storytelling, positioning, and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience, ideally in evolving or early-stage teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth setting
