Key Responsibilities

Lead the functional implementation and configuration of

IFS Cloud Service Management

modules, especially

PSO

and

MWO .

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Service Management-related IFS modules.

Coordinate with

IFS Support

and

Product Development

teams on issue resolution and enhancement requests.

Provide

post-implementation support , ensuring smooth transition to operations.

Business Collaboration & Process Optimization

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate them into IFS Cloud configurations.

Analyze current business processes and recommend IFS best practices for improvement and optimization.

Lead cross-functional project teams including business users, developers, and IFS technical consultants.

Workshops, Training & Testing

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key business users.

Support data migration, integration, and system testing activities related to Service Management functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of hands‑on experience with

IFS Applications / IFS Cloud , specifically in

Service Management

modules.

Strong functional knowledge and experience in

PSO (Planning Scheduling Optimization)

and

MWO (Mobile Workforce Optimization) .

Proven experience in

at least one full-cycle IFS Cloud implementation .

Solid understanding of

service operations ,

field service management ,

asset management , and

workforce scheduling .

Ability to map business requirements to IFS Cloud capabilities and design functional solutions.

Experience working in

cross‑functional teams

across business and IT.

Excellent

communication ,

leadership , and

stakeholder management

skills.

IFS certification

in Service Management, PSO, or MWO is a plus.
