Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Organize and manage participation in key European trade fairs (IAA Transportation, Busworld)

Manage online presence (LinkedIn and other media), content creation for PR & advertisement and collect and request information from BO

Manage relationships with B2B channels, associations (UITP), conference and summit

Press conference preparation and execution

Profile

Event planning & coordination (trade fairs, press events)

Strong communication & content creation (PR, social, ads)

Stakeholder & media relations management

Multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail

Willing to travel

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field

Excellent in English

Experience

2-4 years in marketing, events, or PR (B2B preferred)

Proven experience organizing trade fairs/exhibitions

Press/media engagement (releases, conferences)

Automotive/mobility sector exposure is a plus
