Integration Specialist NetSuite

On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking an Integration Specialist (NetSuite).

Our client supports organizations in optimizing and digitizing their business processes through modern ERP solutions. Integrations are a critical component of their application landscape: systems must communicate reliably, securely, and in a scalable manner.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a professional who can analyze complex integration requirements and translate them into robust, future-proof solutions.

Role Overview

As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle NetSuite and external applications. You will ensure that data flows are structured correctly, securely, and efficiently across systems.

Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing integration requirements and translating them into technical solutions; Designing and configuring REST API integrations, including authentication and request/response handling; Validating and analyzing data flows, identifying and resolving inconsistencies; Collaborating with consultants, developers, and clients throughout the full lifecycle from design to delivery; Applying version control (Git) to support development and testing processes. This role requires strong technical insight, analytical thinking, and a structured working approach. We are not seeking a full-stack developer, but rather a professional who understands code, system logic, and data models.

Technical Skills & Experience: Solid experience with SQL (reading, writing, and analyzing queries); Understanding of data modeling and data validation principles; Basic knowledge of JavaScript (understanding logic such as conditionals and functions); Experience working with REST APIs and authentication mechanisms; Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV; Knowledge of FTP/SFTP; Experience with NetSuite is considered an advantage; Basic understanding of Git and version control concepts; Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
