Role Description:

Looking for a Senior Pega Engineer (CSSALSA) with strong handson experience in Pega Constellation application development.Must be proficient in designing and configuring case types, data models, personas, and UI using App Studio under Constellation. Ability to architect and implement endtoend workflows, leveraging reusable components, automation shapes, and standardized Constellation patterns.Strong expertise in integration design, data pages, RESTSOAP services, and overall application performance optimization. Experience modernizing applications from UI Kit to Constellation or building greenfield apps using Constellation architecture. Ability to enforce Pega guardrails, best practices, and maintain highquality, maintainable application structure.Handson capability to collaborate with BAs, designers, and App Studio teams to translate functional journeys into scalable Constellationbased solutions. Strong knowledge of Dev Studio for advanced rules (when required) while ensuring App Studiofirst delivery.Ability to guide junior engineers, review designs, and support LSAlevel decisionmaking for complex modules. Excellent communication, problem solving skills, and experience working in Agile DevOps delivery environments
