Marketing Coordinator

Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Prodalim’s global marketing activities with a strong focus on digital marketing, market research, lead generation, and marketing operations, with dedicated support for the Beverage Solutions business unit.

The role works closely with marketing, sales, product, applications, and categories teams to support visibility, customer engagement, and lead development across regions. This position combines hands-on execution with analytical support and contributes to both central marketing initiatives and Beverage Solutions–specific activities.

This is an in-person role, based in the Rotterdam office, five days per week.

Responsibilities Digital Marketing

Assist in managing the company’s LinkedIn presence, including post scheduling, performance tracking, and content preparation.

Monitor engagement, trends, and competitor activity, and contribute ideas to improve visibility and reach.

Support ongoing digital campaigns and analytics reporting using LinkedIn analytical tools.

Market Research

Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support strategic marketing and Beverage Solutions initiatives.

Gather insights on category trends, new product opportunities, and potential customer segments.

Use market intelligence platforms (e.g. Mintel, Innova) to analyze trends and prepare insights.

Prepare research summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Support the creation and maintenance of global lead lists in coordination with the categories and sales team.

Identify potential new customers through online research, industry platforms, professional publications, and events.

Assist in outreach preparation, CRM updates (Salesforce), and follow-up coordination.

Events, Webinars & Promotional Activities

Assist with planning, preparation, and coordination for global and regional trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Support professional journal publications, external communications, and campaign-related materials.

Coordinate logistical tasks such as booth materials, samples, marketing collateral, and registration details.

Track post-event and post-campaign leads and support follow-up actions.

Day-to-Day Marketing Operations

Provide hands-on support for marketing communication tasks such as preparing presentations, brochures, one-pagers, product sheets, and other internal and customer-facing marketing materials, including work on designed visuals and graphics for digital and print marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with application, product, sales, and categories teams to prepare customer samples and kits.

Support day-to-day website updates and content uploads in coordination with the marketing team.

Support administrative and operational needs, including vendor coordination, file organization, and project tracking.

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.

Technical & Digital Skills (Highly Preferred)

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Familiarity with market and trend analysis tools such as Mintel and Innova.

Experience using LinkedIn analytics and digital performance tracking tools.

Comfortable using AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or similar platforms.
