The position

As a

Data Scientist

at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Data Scientist

with a strong background in

Operations Research , who can drive advanced data initiatives and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead complex analyses, and help translate data insights into actionable business improvements. This assignment requires someone who can:

Lead complex data analyses from problem definition to actionable recommendations. Apply Operations Research methods and advanced analytics to optimize business processes. Build, validate, and deploy models using Python and SQL. Work with

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

or similar cloud environments to manage data pipelines and analytical workflows. Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements within the team. Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate across teams and look beyond the boundaries of your own project.

What you bring to the position

5–7+ years of experience

in Data Science. Knowledge in

Operations Research . Excellent proficiency in

Python

and

SQL . Hands-on experience with

GCP

or comparable cloud platforms. Ability to independently analyze, propose solutions, and take initiative. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
