Job Description In this role as Demand Manager a.i. you will:

Establish, structure, and implement the end‑to‑end demand management process for the organisation.

Build and maintain a robust 24‑month rolling forecast, including open forecasts, target setting, and ongoing performance tracking.

Translate demand insights into accurate and actionable sales plans, providing clear visibility to Supply Chain, Production Planning, Sales, and Marketing.

Lead regular demand review cycles and deliver data‑driven insights to support S&OP activities.

Engage closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer expectations, commercial trends, and risks, especially for key strategic accounts.

Analyse market and customer behaviours to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential changes in demand patterns.

Provide clear reporting dashboards, KPIs, and communication to leadership to support decision‑making.

Operate as a hands‑on expert who both sets up the function and executes the demand planning activities during the assignment.

The Successful Applicant For this role as Demand Manager a.i.:

Strong experience in Demand Planning / Demand Management, ideally within pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or other regulated environments (GMP or food experience also welcome).

Proven ability to design, implement, and run a demand management function.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into clear and actionable insights.

Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and senior leadership.

Comfortable working in a complex, high‑change environment with external pressures such as cost volatility and global competition.

Independent, proactive, and hands‑on, with strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset.

Fluent in English
