About the Role In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies in times of large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments, such as mergers and integrations, due diligence and large‑scale transformations with an experienced team of professionals.

We help C-level executives identify new business opportunities, redefine existing and new business models, revise go‑to‑market value propositions, design an operational turn‑around plan, and develop and implement new organizational models.

What You’ll Do

Helping structure a project workstream to ensure critical project deadlines are met

Working as a close‑knit team to ensure the best outcome for our clients is achieved

Analyzing client and market data to uncover unique insights, and turn these insights into recommendations

Travelling to the client’s location to participate in workshops and interviews

Translating recommendations into digestible storylines that can be presented to C‑suite

Supporting the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals

What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications

You relevant work experience at a tier 1 consulting company

You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience in aviation sector is a plus, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to effectively navigate organisational dynamics

Ability to analyse complex information to aid decision‑making

Ability to take initiative, initiate and complete tasks efficiently

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally

Ability to work effectively with stakeholders with different levels of seniority, including C‑suite

Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team

International travel will be required as part of this position

Fluency in Dutch is required
