What you need to have to be successful: Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Strong customer focus and excellent senior stakeholders management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Client, Candidates, and Teammates. Strategic mind, attention to detail and proactive approach. Experience in managing recruitments processes for blue-collar, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Production or Supply Chain roles within pharma industry background. Experience in recruiting in the Netherlands and Belgium is preferred. Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.G. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) is desirable.
