Your Contribution to P&G’s Success

As Supply Chain Operations Manager in our France‑Benelux headquarters located in Brussels, you will lead, impact, and contribute to the success of your business (a group of customers or a group of brands). You will handle your business and projects independently in a specific area such as Availability Planning, Demand Planning, Customization Planning, Customer Logistics or managing P&G warehousing and transportation operations. All of our starting roles combine operational excellence and freedom to improve the business with data‑ and people‑driven projects. Some roles also include people management where you will manage a team of 2‑3 people through development, change and growth.

You’ll be part of an integrated multifunctional and multicultural team in which trust, team spirit, a real passion for winning and leadership are essential. Your manager can provide coaching and help you whenever needed, ensuring a fast learning pace. Job Qualifications

Graduated from a Master’s degree

Dutch mandatory and proficient in English

Strong analytical skills and passion for winning

Ability to show effective leadership, solve problems and set priorities

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams

Experience in Supply Chain is a plus (but not a requirement)
