Job Description: IAM Architect Location : Netherlands Contract - Hybrid REquired Experince : + 8 yrs

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IAM Architect to join our Identity & Access Management organizat You will define and drive the IAM vision for Pandora, enhancing SailPoint ISC, optimizing lifecycle processes, identifying gaps in workflows, and supporting onboarding and integration of new applications. The role focuses on design, implementation, and operational support of IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC and Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience:

8+ years of overall IAM experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC and Microsoft Entra ID.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and articulate the long-term IAM vision for seamless and secure user experiences. - Improve IAM governance, standards, and documentation. - Collaborate with HR, IT Security, and Infrastructure teams to align IAM capabilities with business needs. - Implement and maintain SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID solutions. - Design and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and Active Directory. - Build workflows, access requests, birthright roles, and recertification campaigns. - Develop scripts using BeanShell and PowerShell; create platform or DB queries. - Integrate IAM with applications using REST APIs, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. - Monitor and troubleshoot IAM services to ensure performance and availability. - Support audits and compliance through accurate identity and access documentation.
