What makes the role so great? As a

Finance Intern

at Experiencegift, you’ll be embedded in our finance team from day one, working closely with your manager to

learn the ins and outs of our financial operations . You’ll gain

hands‑on experience

in processing financial administration, preparing VAT returns, and supporting our month‑end closing, while always having a

mentor at your side

to answer questions and guide you. You’ll also liaise with colleagues across our international offices, discovering how to keep processes running smoothly

across borders . Along the way, you’ll be invited to

take ownership of small projects , share ideas for improving efficiency, and

see your contributions make a real difference . In short: a hands‑on finance role where you’ll

gain practical skills , and

build a strong foundation for your future career .

What will you do?

Processing the monthly finance

for our Dutch and foreign entities.

Finalizing and interpreting the income statement and month‑end balance sheet.

Preparing and processing VAT returns.

Checking invoices and support in the preparation of payments.

Supporting with year‑end closing tasks, payment preparation, payrolling, and other projects with financial and tax‑related implications.

What will you bring?

Ongoing HBO studies in Economics, Accounting or Finance

This is an internship position for 32–40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam. The position is available as soon as possible, though the start date is flexible and open to discussion.
