We are looking for an Account Marketing Manager to join our client at the European HQ! You will drive integrated marketing for one of the strategic account partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a matrixed environment, leads through influence and expertise and can translate brand strategy into a plan. What are you going to do?
This role sits within the EMEA Account Marketing team and reports directly into the Account Marketing Director. Externally, you will act as a key marketing counterpart to the account partner’s marketing organization, as well as creative agencies and production partners as needed.
Account Marketing Strategy & Seasonal Planning
Lead the development of account‑specific marketing strategies and seasonal plans, aligned to Nike Brand priorities, Marketplace strategy, and commercial objectives
Translate global and EMEA brand direction into relevant, locally resonant partner plans
Identify priority moments, stories, and products where Nike can win disproportionately with the account
Integrated Campaign & Offense Leadership
Own the end‑to‑end marketing offense for key account moments, from briefing to execution and recap
Define campaign objectives, target consumer, sport and product focus, marketing mix, timing, and work‑back schedules
Ensure alignment across Brand, Sports Marketing, Retail, Digital, and Media to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns
Partner Collaboration & Influence
Build strong, trusted relationships with the account partner’s marketing team
Influence partner strategies to ensure strong brand standards, premium storytelling, and consumer‑right execution
Navigate challenging conversations with clarity and confidence, always anchored in what is best for the consumer and the brand
Cross‑Functional Orchestration
Lead cross‑functional collaboration without formal authority, ensuring clarity on roles, timelines, and deliverables
Partner with Sports Marketing on athlete involvement, approvals, and usage rights
Work closely with Commercial and Merchandising teams to ensure marketing plans are grounded in product and assortment realities
Operational Excellence & Learning
Manage campaign milestones, approvals, and governance processes
Track performance against agreed KPIs and deliver clear seasonal recaps, inclusive of learnings and opportunities
Capture and scale best practices to continuously elevate account marketing standards

What do we ask?
Significant experience in Account Marketing, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Integrated Marketing
Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
Experience working with wholesale or strategic retail partners is a strong plus
Strong strategic thinking paired with excellent executional discipline
Ability to influence, align, and inspire across a matrixed organization
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Deep understanding of the consumer journey, retail environments, and brand storytelling
Consumer‑first and brand‑obsessed
Curious, driven, and solutions‑oriented
Comfortable with ambiguity and change
