Product Specialist

to join us in ensuring our products are ready for the Dutch market - both in function and experience. As a Product Specialist, you will help bridge the gap between product development and the reality on the ground. You’ll work closely with teams in Product, Sales, Support, Operations, and Engineering - collaborating across teams while staying deeply rooted in your local market. You’ll be involved in setting up systems, reviewing customer feedback, observing merchant behavior, and helping roll out new features. You’ll play a direct role in shaping our success in the Netherlands. Complete onboarding in Denmark and meet your product team peers. Explore and test Flatpay’s POS and Pay solutions. Get introduced to Sales, Ops, and Support teams in the Netherlands. Set up demo environments and test real-life scenarios. Help shape product decisions based on real merchant experience. Fluent in Dutch and English. Digitally literate and comfortable with testing new tools. Motivated to work across teams and markets.
