About the role Passionate about building pipelines that actually drive growth? Then you might be the

we are looking for. As Sales Development Manager, you will

operate at the crossroads of data, AI and go-to-market strategy.

This is a role for someone who loves to build the growth engine — not just run it. You are

end-responsible for pipeline generation and the front-end of our revenue funnel , and you work in

close collaboration with the VP Sales

to scale our commercial engine across Europe. You will combine

SDR leadership ,

GTM system thinking , and

partner/channel development

into one coherent revenue model.

What you’ll be working on: Designing and optimizing a data- & AI-driven lead process Coaching, structuring and scaling our international SDR team Managing and growing partners and sales agents across Europe Turning insights into predictable, scalable revenue growth

Your responsibilities Define and execute our Sales Development & Go-to-Market strategy , aligned with company growth objectives. Design and continuously improve our data-driven lead engine

(segmentation, outbound/inbound structure, funnel logic). Lead and develop the SDR team , including performance management, structure and coaching. Own and scale our partnership and sales agent channel , including framework, incentives and KPIs. Drive cross-functional alignment

with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure a consistent and scalable GTM approach.

About you You have proven experience in

B2B sales development or commercial strategy , preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. You have experience leading SDR teams and building pipeline generation structures. You understand

go-to-market design, funnel thinking and commercial scaling . You combine a

data-driven mindset with entrepreneurial ownership . You are comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tooling to manage performance and reporting. You are fluent in English and French. Dutch is a strong plus. German is an advantage. You are willing to work from Ghent, Paris, Utrecht or Hamburg.
