Your Role As a

Chef de Partie , you will be responsible for your own section and ensure consistency, structure, and quality within your partie.

Your responsibilities include:

Preparing mise-en-place and executing service at a high level Preparing dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Maintaining quality, pace, and overview during busy service Working in accordance with HACCP and hygiene standards Collaborating within a professional kitchen team of 6–8 chefs per shift Supporting and guiding junior team members
