About BUZZ BUZZ is a fast-growing power bank rental network combining a mobile application with a POS solution powered by Tap-to-Rent technology. Users can rent a power bank in bars, cafés, shopping malls, hotels, and airports, and return it at any BUZZ location within the network. The company is actively scaling across multiple cities and countries, rapidly building commercial and field teams.

Role Mission To ensure fast, high-quality hiring and the smooth operation of recruitment processes at BUZZ. To fully own operational recruitment end to end — from vacancy intake to successful hire — delivering results with clarity, speed, and professionalism.

Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing Manage the full recruitment cycle for commercial and operational roles Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and expectations Source candidates via job platforms, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals Screen CVs and build high-quality shortlists

Screening & Interviews Conduct initial HR interviews Assess role fit, communication skills, motivation, and cultural alignment Prepare structured feedback and hiring recommendations Coordinate interview stages and ensure timely feedback loops

Hiring Administration & Process Management Maintain vacancies and candidate pipelines in ATS / CRM / recruitment trackers Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups Support offer preparation and coordinate contracts Participate in onboarding of new hires Ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment data

HR Process Support Provide operational recruitment support to the CEO, COO, and HR leadership Update job descriptions, interview guides, and recruitment templates Assist with probation tracking and basic HR reporting Act as the first point of contact for candidates and new hires

Who We’re Looking For Experience & Skills 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations Proven experience hiring sales, field, or operational roles Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2 level) Confident user of ATS, CRM systems, and spreadsheets Personal Qualities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Fast, pragmatic, and results-driven mindset Clear, professional communication style Reliable and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
