The Role
As an Engineer E&I, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving electrical and instrumentation systems within industrial projects. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and future-proof technical solutions.
In this role, you will:
Design and engineer electrical and instrumentation installations for industrial environments
Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and functional designs
Select suitable components, sensors, control systems, and safety equipment
Support project execution from concept through commissioning
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Collaborate with automation engineers, project managers, and field teams
Contribute to innovative improvements in industrial processes and system reliability

This is You
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or similar
Minimum 3 years' experience in E&I engineering
within industrial or process environments
Knowledge of electrical design ( Eplan ), instrumentation systems, and industrial standards
Familiarity with control systems and automation is a strong plus
A structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
Fluency in English (Dutch is not a must - but you need to be willing to learn )
