Summary As a carpenter in maintenance and renovation, you will restore and improve existing homes and buildings. Responsibilities range from replacing windows and doors to framing kitchens, roof dormers, and repairing rot, working independently or with a small team, often in inhabited settings.

Replacing windows and doors

Framing kitchens, roof dormers

Repairing wood rot

Working independently or in a small team

Maintaining client friendliness, neat work, and cooperation with the client

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a carpenter in maintenance, renovation, or change work

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it

Client‑oriented attitude and ability to work neatly in inhabited situations

Benefits

Salary: €2,850 – €3,650 bruto per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience

Travel allowance: €0.32 per km

Overtime and allowances: according to the construction collective labor agreement

Vacations, pension: 25 vacation days, 20 ATV days, 8.33% holiday allowance, pension buildup from day one

Certificates: VCA, high‑lifter, and other relevant certificates will be supported

Company car: possibility of a vehicle for commuting
