What we're looking for Education : MBO/ Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar field Experience:

Several years of applicable experience in a customer service role Preferred Qualifications: Good organization and time management skills Strong communication skills in English, and good level of Dutch is required Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel Knowledge of Exact, Epicor or similar ERP system is a plus Good business understanding and ability to grasp company processes and routines Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking and problem solving Motivated to learn, curious, and engaged Solid collaboration skills and a positive attitude
