As an Operator, you will play an essential role in the smooth operation of a modern agricultural production facility operating in a 3-shift system. In this clean, professional, and well-organized environment, you are responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.With your hands-on mentality and eye for detail, you ensure the production process runs efficiently and according to strict protocols and safety regulations. You are someone who enjoys responsibility and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. What You Will Do:

- Gathering: Raw materials and production supplies to prepare for production runs - Operating: Machinery such as process mixers and packaging machines in a cleanroom environment - Monitoring: Production parameters and making adjustments to maintain optimal performance - Performing: Quality checks and taking samples for lab testing to guarantee product standards - Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues on the line and accurately reporting production activities

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a proactive and reliable professional who takes ownership of their work and enjoys working in a structured production environment.You bring:

- MBO+ level education (technical preferred) and experience as a (process) operator, ideally in the food or chemical industry - Good understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus) - Technical skills to solve machine-related issues independently - Experience in leading or supporting a small team is an advantage - Your own accommodation and transportation - A flexible, solution-oriented mindset - The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail - A strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality - Good command of the English language
