Every superyacht that leaves this yard is a floating masterpiece — and it starts with the hull. Shafts, rudders, bow thrusters, stabilisers, sea chests, fuel and ballast systems: every component has to be installed with surgical precision. On a superyacht, the hull finish is flawless — there's no room to patch, fill, or correct afterwards.

As Hull Mechanical Supervisor, you lead the contractor team responsible for all mechanical systems in the hull. You make sure every fitting, every penetration, every connection is done right the first time — on time and to the highest standard this industry demands.

What you bring: MBO-3/4 in mechanical engineering or equivalent 1–3 years leading or coordinating a technical team Background in shipbuilding, yachtbuilding, or heavy machinery Able to read technical drawings and system schematics VCA VOL (or willing to obtain it) Good Dutch and/or English communication skills
