For an international organisation operating across multiple European markets, we are looking for a

Campaign & Proposition Manager

who combines strategy with hands on execution.

You will lead impactful marketing campaigns from concept to performance, working across digital advertising, social channels, CRM and creative development. You thrive in complex, international environments and know how to turn insights into results.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute international marketing campaigns

Drive digital & social advertising in collaboration with internal teams and agencies

Create and brief creative assets (visuals, formats, messaging)

Develop and refine campaign copy aligned with brand and proposition

Connect campaigns to CRM journeys, email flows and automation

Monitor performance, optimise based on data and insights

Manage campaigns as projects: timelines, stakeholders and delivery

What you bring

5-7+ years' experience in campaign or strategic marketing roles

Proven experience with campaign execution, digital advertising and social advertising

Strong affinity with creative development and copywriting

Solid understanding of CRM and customer journeys

5+ years of experience with project management in a multi-stakeholder environment

Commercial, data-driven and proactive

Experience in B2B, technical or complex product environments is a plus

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

Living in the Netherlands and available 2 days per week on-site in Limburg
