Construction Manager

To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Construction Manager for their project based in Amsterdam.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end construction activities for data center projects.

Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to align project goals.

Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance and performance.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

What you’ll need:

Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, in mission-critical or data center environments.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and construction sequencing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
