EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnered with a multi-national organisation in the energy sector in their search for a Systems Support Specialist (SAP MM). This role offers the chance to be part of a growing technology team shaping a modern, adaptable systems environment while gaining broad exposure across multiple platforms. As Systems Support Specialist (SAP MM), you will provide essential application support, contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of ERP solutions, and help ensure reliable day-to-day operations. Responsibilities as Systems Support Specialist (SAP MM): Deliver day-to-day technical and functional support across ERP and business systems to ensure stable and reliable operations Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, and carry out configuration or enhancement activities to improve functionality and efficiency Work closely with external partners and internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver system improvements or custom changes Gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications for new features, upgrades, and process enhancements Maintain accurate system documentation, user access controls, and license management across supported platforms Produce and update user guides and training materials to support effective system adoption and ongoing usage Experience and qualifications required: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar At least 2 years’ experience in both functional and technical support role of SAP MM Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Experience with scripting or automation tools is advantageous Fluent in English, French beneficial If you are interested in applying for this
