You will join and lead a niche B2B company active in

industrial power transmission components , serving a diverse base of industrial customers with engineered components and technical solutions. The organisation operates with a compact, experienced team and offers clear opportunities for further commercial and operational development. Your Role

Contribute to shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with industrial customers Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships Support operational improvements and organisational efficiency Work closely with the team on strategic and operational initiatives Your Profile

Master’s degree in

Engineering

(Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical or similar) 5+ years

of professional experience in

industrial technology or technical B2B environments Experience in roles such as

Technical Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager

in an industrial technology context Entrepreneurial mindset

and strong analytical thinking Fluent in

Dutch and English

(French or German is a plus) Based in the

Central-East Netherlands region

and willing to work
