As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in evolving our SaaS platform by implementing robust Azure solutions and driving technical excellence within our infrastructure. You’ll work with modern tooling like Terraform and Kubernetes to ensure a scalable, secure, and efficient environment for our global customers. Joining a collaborative team, you will balance hands‑on technical work with sharing your expertise to help colleagues and our platform grow.

What are you going to do as a Senior Cloud Engineer? Within your team, you’ll ensure technical alignment and help translate our cloud strategy into clean, maintainable solutions. You are going to actively contribute to prioritizing the backlog and delivering high‑quality cloud improvements.

You’ll be part of a team of 32 social technicians who value open feedback and collaboration. And through our “10 to Grow” program, you are encouraged to dedicate 10% of your time and budget to your personal development.

Where will you end up? You will join one of our four SaaS platform teams based in our Delft office. We are a group of “social technicians” who value transparency and a healthy work‑life balance. At least 5 years of experience as a cloud engineer, specifically with Azure.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Terraform via CI/CD.

Strong knowledge of Azure networking and configuration tools like Puppet or Ansible.

Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Azure AKS).

Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Influx, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana).

Experience in programming and a structured approach to SaaS complexity.

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.

A collaborative mindset; you identify dependencies early and work well with non‑cloud teams.
