Knowledge Development Junior Coordinator

As the Knowledge Development Junior Coordinator you advance EAIE’s research initiatives by ensuring the administrative and operational coordination for the EAIE's research grants and related activities, and you provide the necessary support for EAIE Thematic Committees to operate effectively. You thrive in an international environment, are highly collaborative and feel comfortable working independently when needed. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to foster and maintain productive relationships. You will report to the Director for Knowledge for Development & Researc. Responsibilities

Track research grant project milestones, deliverables and follow-up actions. Maintain and update grants documentation. Prepare grant calls for applications, monitor and triage incoming applications and draft reports. Process and track grant agreements and compliance requirements. Serve as the point of contact for grants advisory panels as well as grant applicants and beneficiaries. Provide administrative support and logistical for the EAIE's Thematic Committees. Schedule and prepare Thematic Committee meetings, both online and in-person meetings. Track Thematic Committee activities and progress. Facilitate clear and timely communication between the Office and Thematic Committees. Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor / HBO / Associate Degree. Great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Exposure to and/or some interest working with volunteers and grants management. Ability to travel within Europe occasionally. A valid work permit and already living in the (wider) Amsterdam area with no restrictions to travel within the EU. Preferably available to start as soon as possible. Your skills

Salary: starting fulltime salary of €3.090- €3.33 0 gross per month, depending on education/work experience. Full time role of 5 days/week (37.5 hrs). A contract of 12 months will be offered initially with expectation of extending. Preferably available to start as soon as possible.
