Event & Exhibition Marketing Specialist (Senior) – Europe HYXiPOWER – Hoofddorp, North Holland, Netherlands

HYXiPOWER is looking for a highly organized and hands‑on

Event & Exhibition Marketing Specialist

to support our fast‑growing European business. This role focuses on offline exhibitions, product launch events, partner activities, demo‑truck roadshows, and marketing materials management.

Key Responsibilities 1. Exhibition Planning & Execution (Core Responsibility)

Lead end‑to‑end preparation for major EU exhibitions (Solar Solutions, Intersolar, Genera, Key Energy, etc.).

Coordinate booth design, contractors, logistics, product displays, on‑site operations, and visitor flow.

Manage event timelines and ensure flawless delivery with both China HQ and local EU teams.

2. Offline Events: Launches, Roadshows & Partner Activities

Support product launch events, partner conferences, media events and installer meet‑ups.

Plan and support roadshows and demo‑truck tours across EU.

Ensure smooth on‑site operation and strong customer engagement.

3. Marketing Materials & Gifts Management

Manage production of brochures, flyers, roll‑ups, posters, signage, and other event materials.

Oversee gift items for exhibitions, customer visits, training and partner activities.

Work with local printing suppliers to ensure quality and brand consistency.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with EU country sales teams for customer invitations and activity planning.

Work closely with HQ Marketing for brand alignment, product assets and visual guidelines.

Support budget control, supplier contracts and invoice processes.

5. Reporting & Post-Event Review

Track event KPIs and collect customer leads.

Prepare post-event summaries and provide actionable improvement suggestions.

Requirements Must‑Have

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in exhibitions, event execution or offline marketing.

Strong project management skills and ability to own full‑cycle event delivery.

Familiar with EU suppliers: booth builders, logistics, printing, AV, etc.

Able to travel across Europe (approx. 30%).

Highly detail‑oriented, responsible and execution‑driven.

Nice‑to‑Have

Experience with demo‑truck or roadshow management.

Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe AI/PS).

Experience working with Chinese companies or cross‑cultural teams.
