Emaldo is currently looking for a Country Manager for The Netherlands, with the key function to drive sales and growth, while helping every team member succeeding with their goals as well.

You are wired to solve problems, which you do with speed and confidence. Whether you’re pitching a client or energizing a team, people are drawn to your conviction. You know how to communicate with impact, and you are naturally comfortable in front of a camera or other people.

Your key functions and responsibilities: Your number one focus will be on sales and growth, and reporting these back to HQ. You are responsible for helping account managers and the marketing team reach their goals. You will develop, execute and improve a go-to-market strategy for Emaldo’s products in Sweden. You will monitor performance across the team and help recruit and develop team members. You will help Emaldo become even more present locally, by different marketing initiatives and partnerships, amongst other things.

What we expect from you: You have experience of working with sales. You know how to plan and execute a go-to-market strategy, and you are comfortable being the main decisionmaker. You are a senior profile, with enough experience to manage and lead teams to success. Preferably, you have experience in the renewable energy sector, though not a dealbreaker. You are fluent in both speaking and writing Swedish and English.
