Customer Success Manager – The Trusted Partner for Our Customers’ Happiness Location: Deventer or Remote (within NL) | ⏰ Hours: 32–40 per week |

Salary: EUR 3.300 - 5.000 per month based on experience |

A company car (also for private use)

Your Role as Customer Happiness & Success Manager As Customer Happiness & Success Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our customers and the internal voice of the customer within OpusFlow.

From day‑to‑day questions to more complex challenges, you guide customers in the effective use of our product and ensure they feel supported, heard and in control. You work closely with Support, Product Experts and the Product Team to resolve issues, improve processes and translate customer feedback into concrete improvements.

You remain involved throughout the customer lifecycle and help secure long‑term success and satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers

Monitor customer satisfaction and operational performance

Develop and maintain a scalable customer happiness framework

Guide them in using OpusFlow effectively, driving best‑practice adoption, and managing complex or sensitive situations with a calm, solution‑oriented approach.

Analyse recurring issues, and collaborate closely with Support, Product Experts and Product to resolve problems and propose process or product improvements.

Contribute to documentation and playbooks, and provide light guidance to support staff or juniors involved with your customers.

Who We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Success or Support role at an ERP or B2B SaaS/technology company

Tech‑savvy, strong Excel skills and quick to understand new systems

An “AI mindset”: curious about automation and using AI to work smarter

A strong and empathetic communicator who can calmly guide customers through issues and who is structured, organised and reliable in follow‑up
