Oosterhout ! In this fast‑paced role, you’ll work in a 2‑shift operation and report directly to the Shift Leader—making a real impact from day one.

What you do on a typical day Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching Manage coordinators and help them grow within their role Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivity) Lead start-up activities with cross-functional teams Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations, and promotions Ensure that documents, work instructions, and processes are up to date and are being followed by the department Continually strive to improve the processes of your department

What do you need to succeed at GXO At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a logistics environment Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written An enthusiastic, motivational, and proactive attitude—you’re someone who takes initiative and gets things done Solid knowledge of Office applications and WMS systems A flexible attitude with the ability to work shifts
