DUTCH-SPEAKING FINANCE MANAGER

An acquisitive, long-term focused software group is seeking a

Dutch-speaking Finance Manager

to oversee financial operations across a portfolio of European software businesses.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, this is a high-impact role combining technical accounting expertise with commercial insight and operational involvement.

The Role Lead accounting, treasury, FP&A and reporting for a portfolio of businesses Oversee month-end, revenue recognition, accruals and controls Deliver GAAP financial statements, board reporting, budgets and KPIs Drive budget-to-actual analysis and performance insights Support acquisition integration and finance process improvements Coordinate internal and offshore finance resources

The Profile Fluent Dutch 3–5+ years’ accounting/finance experience Qualified accountant (CPA/CA or equivalent) Strong GAAP knowledge (software/recurring revenue experience advantageous) Experience in acquisitive environments is highly advantageous Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident engaging senior stakeholders
