Order Picker / Allround Warehouse Worker

As an Order Picker / Allround Warehouse Worker, you are responsible for collecting, preparing, and moving orders within the warehouse. You will work in both the Dry and Freezing sections and support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing. In the Freezing sector the temperature is -20 degrees. If you are working here, you will get a special thermo clothes from the company and shoes. You will work in 2 shift system. The first shifts starts from 06:00 - 15:00. The second shifts starts from 15:00 - 24:00. Its a rotation schedule, so if you start in first shift, in the following week you work in second shift.Your main tasks include:Order picking according to lists or scanner instructionsWorking with EPT (Electric Pallet Truck)Packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipmentLoading, unloading, and moving goods and pallets within the warehousePerforming physical warehouse tasksJob Requirements: Experience as an order picker or warehouse workerWillingness to perform physical warehouse work and able to go to work in Freezer department if neccessaryExperience to work with EPTWillingness to work in both dry and freezing warehouse environmentsEnglish language skills are mandatoryEmployment Conditions: Employment contract with Charlie worksExtra allowance and payment if you are working in the Freezer departmentAccommodation help since your first day of arrivalHealth insuranceTransportation support (electrical bike or car)Professional growth in a dynamic and modern WarehouseWorking after 18.00 hours will be paid to 125%Working after 22.00 hours will be paid to 135%
