Your role
You'll own retention at DogSuppy, with CLV as your north star metric.
From strategy and analytics through to execution across all channels, across seven markets. Your job is to keep our customers coming back, trying more products, and loving DogSuppy.
Your channel mix includes:
Email (newsletters, automated flows, campaigns)
SMS/WhatsApp
Refer-a-friend program
Promotions and on-site campaigns
Direct mail
Packaging inserts
And more…
You'll work closely with our freelance email specialist and collaborate with the broader growth team, including Head of Growth and Country Marketers.
As we’re a fast-growing company, there are always opportunities to get involved in more projects outside of your role to make maximum impact, and so, the scope can be widened with overall product, pricing and GTM work.
What you bring
Experience at a fast-paced environment, whether that’s at a consumer brand, tech start-up, data or consulting firm. We are open to people who have no experience in retention and email marketing, as long as you learn fast, are structured, action-biased and highly driven.
You're a highly structured operator. You love a clean project plan, think in systems and hate things slipping through the cracks. You also know how to get other people along with you.
You're analytically sharp. You're comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and you think in cohorts, conversion rates and incrementality;
You know how to execute. You move fast, get things done and don't wait for perfect before shipping.
You understand how to communicate. You can craft a message that lands, whether it's an email subject line or a campaign brief.
You're a fast learner. You may not know retention channels inside out yet, but you pick things up quickly and ask good questions.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, whether at a high-growth startup, a consulting firm, or anywhere else that rewards learning fast and speed of execution.
