Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Workforce Management (WFM) system across multiple countries. The successful candidate will ensure the design, deployment, and integration of the system with SAP SuccessFactors, maintaining compliance with local and global requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead WFM system implementation, manage global project plans, timelines, budgets, and coordinate across countries and functional domains. Global Design Development: Define global design for time & attendance and absence management, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements with HR, payroll, and IT teams; act as primary contact between technical teams, vendors, and country HR teams. Integration and Technical Oversight: Oversee integration with SuccessFactors EC and ECP, ensuring seamless data flow. Testing and Rollout: Develop and execute testing strategies, coordinate pilot implementations, and provide training. Compliance and Change Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and GDPR, lead change management initiatives. Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Experience with Kronos Dimensions or similar WFM systems, and integrating with SuccessFactors. Project Management: Proven track record in leading international WFM implementations; PMP, PRINCE2 is a plus. HR and Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of time & attendance, absence management, and payroll processes. Analytical Skills: Translate business needs into technical requirements and troubleshoot system issues. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and fluent in English. Tools and Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Implementing Kronos Dimensions or other cloud-based WFM systems. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules. Experience with multinational companies. Background in retail or similar industries.
