Position Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at IQ Staffing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by identifying and attracting top talent to strengthen their teams. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for clients. • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates to negotiating offers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. • Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms to find the best talent in the market. • Continuously develop a deep understanding of client needs and the industries we serve. • Collaborate with the internal team to meet shared recruitment goals and drive the overall success of IQ Staffing. • Stay informed of industry trends and market

Experience Requirements: • 3-4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment. • Proven track record of success in recruiting for a variety of roles, with a focus on IT and/or professional services sectors. • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred. • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as Bullhorn is a plus. • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, including active and passive candidate sourcing.
