We’re Hiring: Global Head of Operations

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

We are a fast-growing, multinational direct selling company operating distribution centers and warehouses across LATAM, North America, Europe, and Asia.

We are seeking a Global Head of Operations to oversee worldwide logistics, warehouse performance, inventory management, operational KPIs, and product regulations.

This executive will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and scalable infrastructure to support rapid international growth.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee global warehouses and 3PL partners • Ensure SLA, fulfillment, and delivery KPIs are met • Optimize inventory accuracy and stock turnover • Lead demand forecasting and supply planning • Reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency • Implement standardized global reporting dashboards • Drive systems integration (ERP/WMS/CRM) • Lead regional operations teams • Track product registration across countries

Ideal Profile • 10+ years in global supply chain or logistics leadership • Experience managing multi-country distribution networks • Background in direct selling, e-commerce, FMCG, cosmetics, or supplements preferred • Strong data-driven decision maker • Proven ability to scale international operations
