Job Summary
Insight TV and Off the Fence Media are seeking a
Content & Rights Administrator
to play a central role in managing and safeguarding global content rights across our distribution and broadcast operations, as well as providing administrative support to Digital Sales.
This position sits at the intersection of Digital Sales, Acquisitions, Channels, Legal, Tech Ops and Finance, ensuring that our content is exploited correctly, compliantly and to its maximum commercial value.
About the Role
Between Insight TV and Off the Fence, we operate international content distribution businesses and television broadcast channels. Every revenue stream including Pay TV, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, VOD and content sales, depends on precise rights management and accurate digital availability.
In this hybrid role, you will support both Rights Management and Digital Sales Operations, ensuring that our catalogue is positioned for commercial success across global platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Rights Admin
Conduct digital avails checks (FAST, AVOD, SVOD), supporting the fastest‑growing part of the business.
Act as Rightsline Champion and internal system expert.
Maintain and manage accurate contractual rights and catalogue metadata.
Interpret license agreements and translate contractual terms into structured rights information.
Validate rights for broadcast schedules and digital exploitation.
Monitor rights windows, exclusivity clauses and expirations.
Support royalty reporting with accurate rights and contract data.
Digital Sales Admin
Pull and create large‑scale avails across the catalogue (50–150+ hours), based on genre, theme, territory, language, or platform requirements.
Provide accurate global availability checks, including territorial exclusions, language rights, and closed‑caption availability.
Support deal entry into Rightsline, ensuring precise input of territories, languages, media rights, windows, and restrictions.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure digital exploitation does not conflict with first‑window or exclusive license commitments.
Collaborate with editorial and platform partners (e.g., Roku, Pluto, Tubi, Xumo) to highlight licensed content that aligns with thematic stunts or promotional opportunities.
Upload and maintain required metadata, artwork, and programming information on third‑party marketing or platform tools.

What We’re Looking For
Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in content rights administration or digital content operations.
Experience within a television broadcaster, distributor, or digital platform.
Experience reading contracts and translating rights terms into structured data.
Experience with Rightsline is a significant advantage.
Experience with YouTube/Content ID is a plus.
Experience supporting digital sales or platform operations is highly desirable.
Skills
