Technical Service Employee

Location:

Mainly in the: Utrecht/Rotterdam/Boskoop area (hybrid, sometimes in Boxmeer)

Hours:

40 hours per week

We are looking for a

Technical Service Employee

to perform various

technical and maintenance tasks

in our housing locations across the Netherlands

Main responsibilities: Assembling and installing furniture Painting, renovation, and repair work Maintenance of apartments and equipment Fixing and replacing damaged items Supporting setup of new housing locations

Requirements: Experience

in a similar technical or maintenance position Communicative

English

(Dutch is an advantage) Driving license (category B) Willingness to travel across the Netherlands (sometimes evenings or weekends)
