Depositary Services Senior Officer - Dutch & English speaking (m/f)

Responsibilities

Client Work Completion and review of depositary activities for your own funds including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight tasks according to the A to Z model You manage the work programs for your funds in such way that you meet the internal and external client deadlines Liaising with the client service directors and team leads to build strong relationships with clients You keep up to date with relevant AIFMD, Wft or other relevant legislations and you have these legislations in mind when processing your tasks Participate actively in client meetings Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients and regulators Preparing relevant documentation for notification of new funds to regulator

Internal work/projects Support local and regional management Preparation of local regulatory reporting Participate in projects when this is requested Follow all relevant internal trainings in time

Profile At least 4 years of relevant experience Client focused attitude; will keep the interests of the client in mind and pro-actively contact client when needed Fluent in English and strong level in Dutch A self-starter who is able to work independently and in a team You take ownership of issues and problems and do not redirect the challenges You are willing to learn and further develop yourselves Be focused on solutions – propose solutions to issues rather than just escalating issues
