Bij GKN Aerospace werk je aan hoogwaardige componenten voor business jets en helicopters. Als Spuiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de perfecte afwerking van onderdelen die moeten voldoen aan de strengste luchtvaarteisen.

Dit is geen standaard spuitwerk, maar precisiewerk op het hoogste niveau.

Wat ga je doen

Voorbehandelen van onderdelen (ontvetten, maskeren, schuren en stralen)

Mengen van primers en lakken en controleren van viscositeit

Aanbrengen van coatings met verschillende spuittechnieken

Werken met diverse apparatuur zoals handspuitpistolen, straalinstallaties en ovens

Tussentijds corrigeren van oneffenheden voor optimale eindkwaliteit

Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles zoals laagdiktemetingen en visuele inspecties

Registreren van werkzaamheden en meetgegevens in systemen

Samenwerken met productie, kwaliteit en technische dienst

Wat breng je mee

Ervaring als industrieel spuiter, autospuiter of vergelijkbaar vakgebied

Oog voor detail en kwaliteit; je werkt nauwkeurig binnen kleine toleranties

Technisch inzicht en ervaring met verschillende materialen en laksoorten

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

Basiskennis van de Engelse taal (voor werkinstructies en audits)

Bereidheid om te werken in een 2- en 3-ploegendienst
