Maintenance Technician Lead

Building high-performing teams for Engineering companies across the Benelux I Headhunter at NES Fircroft Shift Coordinator Maintenance (3-shift) – Life Sciences / Manufacturing Are you a skilled technician who enjoys coordinating work and helping others grow? In this role, you combine hands‑on technical work with team coordination. You’ll be the go‑to person during your shift, supporting colleagues, planning activities and ensuring smooth operations across manufacturing, quality and engineering.

What you’ll do

Coordinate and guide maintenance tasks: troubleshooting, projects, corrective & preventive work

Stay active on the floor and support technicians during technical challenges

Lead shift handovers and mentor colleagues to develop their skills

Act as the key link between maintenance, production, quality and engineering

Contribute to planning, improvements and solving recurring technical issues

What you bring

MBO+ level (through education or experience)

5+ years in a complex maintenance environment (GMP is a plus)

Experience leading or coaching technicians

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills (RCA, ATS, FMEA)

Experience with CMMS (e.g. Maximo, SAP) and OEE data

Willing to work in a 3‑shift schedule
