Responsibility You set the technical delivery for our consumer App.

This is your role You will take technical ownership of our most important app. You will drive its strategic evolution and transition from external partners to internal leadership. You will work with a modern tech stack running on AWS Serverless.

You will lead key initiatives such as merging the Consumer and Business apps and integrating Conversational AI features. In addition, you will develop processes and guide a hybrid team of internal colleagues and offshore partners to enable product teams to take full end-to-end ownership of their features within three to four years.

Your team You will join the digital domain of our IT organisation, working closely with product owners, developers and testers. The team is hybrid, combining internal colleagues and offshore partners. Together, you will focus on innovation and quality, with strong collaboration at the core.

Salary between €5,200 and €7,559 gross per month based on 37 hours per week. Working 32 hours is also possible!

What you bring You are an experienced tech lead who takes ownership and thinks strategically.

You also have the following qualities:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree thinking level. A pre is a degree in Information Technology

Extensive experience with .NET, iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java).

Experience managing teams and improving development processes.
